What do I need in order to watch the livestream?
You will need a high-speed internet connection and a device with a web browser. You will be able to watch from your laptop, tablet or smartphone. The best way to watch the event is on a larger screen.
Can my team watch the leadership event with me?
Anyone with a valid attendee number is welcome to join. If you have additional viewers, please contact Desarae Dawkins at [email protected] for a group rate of 5+ or more.
What are the technical requirements to view the leadership event?
Our team recommends the most up-to-date versions of Chrome or Firefox for the best experience. You will need an internet connection with download speeds of at least 5 Mbps. To check your download speed, visit www.speedtest.net.
Will there be a replay of this event?
For general attendees, the stream will be available for 2 days following event date(s). For VIP attendees, the stream will be available for 7 days following the event date(s).
How do I watch a session that's already over?
Great question! After the sessions have streamed live, they'll be available for on-demand viewing as noted above.
How do I access the leadership event?
A link will be sent to the email address you used to purchase the livestream 7 days before event. Double-check your email to make sure. If you can't find the link, send an email to Desarae Dawkins at [email protected]. We want to make sure this is as comfortable for you as possible.
